Last Sunday I had opened up my home again for Anarquendor to drop by and work some magic on their crafts projects. Only Tim and Yava'in were interested, which was just as well. I was still a little shaken from the whole ordeal with the evaluations, and had already decided not to start work on my new shoulder-armour.

Instead we spent the day sewing simple T-tunics for Tim and Sylvitharion and I repaired Gûrron's trousers. Since it was just the three of us, we made good use of my room, with two desks and two sewing machines this worked fine, and Tim did the catering for us and played a game on his phone since he was undecided about his projects.

At the end of the day we were quite pleased with the work we had done, and we carried everything back down the stairs to their car.
And now I can't for the life of me figure out where my homework went off to. I started on it on time, for a change, although I ran into some problems soon enough, and now all the paper I drew my new pattern on is missing. Yava'in assures me it's not in Hilversum, but I haven't the foggiest where it might be then.
All my desks are clean and empty and I've pulled stuff aside hoping to locate the missing pattern. Nothing came up. I guess that means I'll have my work cut out for me tomorrow night...

It wasn't the only thing that was missing, but at least my oven dish turned up -- it was hiding, with crisps crumbs and all -- under my couch.

I'm sure Joepie loved it. ;)

I guess I won't be the first claiming my pet ate my homework, but I doubt I'd be believed if they find out it's a rabbit only a few months old that ate a square meter pattern paper.
But yes, I'm sure he just luuuuuuuuuved the crisps.

My rabbits rip through whole phone books (great, cheap rabbit toys if you don't mind the mess), so I'm sure Joepie would know what to do with 1m2 pattern paper. Although, you'd then probably still find it. In tiny, tiny pieces.

Hamsters can eat a whole sheet of paper and drag it into his nest. You'll never find it except when you open the cage for cleaning. Ask [livejournal.com profile] kainelslor.
