Another milestone (and one coming up)

janestarzLast night, my mother and Luc (her Luvver) came over to see the appartment. They had a rough time because they had 3 weeks of holiday together in Southern France and they had to go back to seperate houses again. *owww* I believe mom described it as it having been ‘the time of her life’ or something similar.
Right now they’ll do anything to get together again and when my mom had left a voicemail on my cellphone asking wheter they could come over Thursdaynight, I asked them to come tonight. They were game. Ofcourse. They sat on my couch, waiting for me to cut the cake Luc brought, fondling eachother. And they left for mom’s place after that. She has to work today though.
That was the first milestone. I couldn’t wait to show mom the place finished because she had never seen it and I do believe she was somewhat impressed. The milestone coming up, is Lowlands. I’ve been wanting to go forever and now I can because I have friends to go with! Lianne will be performing as poet because she doesn’t want to haul her guitar there, so no cabaret. And other stuff I really want to see are ofcourse the Apers and Peter Pan Speedrock, but also Dimmu Borgir (spelling?) and maybe even Within Temptation if I don’t have anything better to do.
[for all of you that are impressed by WT: the first I saw them live they sucked at Ozzfest but Robert is my hero!]
Today I’ll do some sewing, my mom has brought her machine, and clean the dishes and my bed and such. Don’t want to really but must I suppose. Tommy is working so I better have it clean when she comes back. Then we pack for Lowlands and have tea and eat and go. I’ll ofcourse bring pen and paper because I am honestly addicted to Livejournal. *Grin*
