Exam day

Yesterday I was nearly confusing myself by reading back my notes and trying to work out which teacher said what and when that was and what to do with it now, so that's when I pulled the plug.
I was in no mood to go swordfighting afterwards, so we stayed in and watched some V.

I spent most of the night tossing and turning, remembering 10 more things I should have checked, studied, pored over, and done. The rest of the night was spent measuring people in my sleep and a short dream where I was driving with a small cart behind the car and picking up some firewood, no doubt an analogy about the exam prep.
I am confident that I have enough knowledge to do my best, but it's the little tiny details I'm kind of worried about.

I hope to arrive at Rotterdam 11 minutes past eight, I'll make my way towards school where the exam starts at nine. We start with a dress (2,5 hours) and taking measurements, followed by the skirt (45 mins). An hour's break for lunch, only to continue with a coat. I expect to be wrung dry by the time I am done today.

All the best. And remember not to underestimate the trained 'eye'. You have been making clothes and dealing with patterns one way or another for so many years, you have more knowledge than you give yourself credit for. OK, it's not the mathematical pure drafting stuff you are learning now (which is such an awesome skill), but you will know if something doesn't look right, and will be able to correct it, where as other students without the experiences you have, may just plunder on.
