If we ever meet aliens....

If we ever meet aliens, how are we going to explain....

- that cars are not our gods, nor are they the predominantly intelligent lifeforms on the planet.
- that disease is still not eradicated.
- that there are still people dying of hunger.
- war.
- that being featured in an online video is more important to most people than anything else.

I mean, this is pretty cool, but it doesn't really beat actual science, now does it?

Of course, we're programmed by TV to think aliens are all pretty much like the Asgard. And they liked Jack O'Neill, so we're probably good.
