Meetings

On my way home from yet another successful meeting. It was fun meeting up with the Van Leij clan and my dear friend Nathreee and her husband again.

However, sometimes it feels like far too many meetings are too private. I love this next step in my larp career - becoming part of the organisation in stead of living through it as a participant - but sometimes it feels like too much is going on that I cannot share here. This is still my blog and, for want of a better word, my diary, and I am restricted in sharing these plans on this medium because it is still a secret...

Rest assured: even if not all preparations are shared here, the end result will, in some way, be documented and I shall not be able to forget the experience if only because I wrote about it here. Some day soon, all will be revealed.

I know exactly how you feel. I justify it with as a necessary step to ensure that the game or series I am organizing is good and ready once people start signing up.

As an added comment: it is wise to keep it all off your blog, larpers tend to be much like a bunch of old wives in regard to blabbing, and most also know enough with half a word and a shared glance.
