janestarzYesterday I finished packing the bedroom and I taped a list of what still needs to be done in there to the door. Some things still need to be taken apart, some things must go to the large trash. I piled the boxes I already have packed in there too with a label of which room they should go to, because there's going to be many, many more boxes to go.
It was quite dusty in there. *coff coff*
Today the Eneco will do something to our hot water and I'll try and pack up the entire atelier just like the bedroom. That way when they deliver our boxes tomorrow I 'only' have to do the other rooms. The atelier has enough junk as it is, so I'll be busy and up to my ears in dust bunnies, but it makes me sad there will be no sewing until Christmas.
Tomorrow I get the boxes and I have this speed-dating thing with job agencies here in Rotterdam. I don't expect anything, because I'm looking for a job near Tilburg, but it's a mandatory thing which will take up too much of my time.
NoKey tells me the ceiling is very nearly done, so I'll have a look-see on Friday. Next week I'll paint the walls and buy the floor at Ikea, and the weekend after Maerquin it's floor-laying time! That puts us four days before the move to finish the floor, so it should technically be enough time.
21st - 25th - paint walls, remove old flooring in Tilburg. Buy floor at Ikea.
26th - 27th - lay floor
December 1st - the move.
