Snot.

I give in! I'm sick. It's been coming at me for a week now and I was too stubborn to admit it. It started with my throat being irritated and now it's a full-blown influenza. I was dripping snot^* from the nose because I was bent over the drawing table making two corset patterns. My head is so full of snot my eyes can't open normally any more. I have trouble sleeping because the humongous amounts of snot and goo amassing in the lungs. SNOT! Haahahahaa.
Possibly, the snot is affecting my brain.

So it's time to curl up on the couch with mr. Blanky, Lisa and Dusty (if I didn't know any better I'd say they are glued to the blanket) and Ithron the laptop and some DVDs.
And no HouseMD for a while.

It's been a year since I last stayed at home for snot-reasons, so let's celebrate my excellent health (in its absence).

*) It's the wonder word! Snot snot snottitty snot snot snotsnotsnot!
