...it's master. It ownz the web. Okay enough l33t talking.
My assignment: write a small article (400 words) about erotica on the web.
Which means I have to check out 18+sites for my internship, how weird is that!? I wonder what school will say about it. I mean, before they start throwing rocks, ofcourse.

I just went discovering the city. I love discovering new stuff. All of these little shops I didn't know yet! Brought my camera to the building but didn't take it with me on my exploring trip. Sad me. I found all these neat buildings.

Why would they throw rocks? You are a journalist, right? Or at least, you are in the process of becoming a journalist. So exploring things is part of your job.
If I were to visit facist websites at my work, for example, that would make a bad impression. (Not that I would want to visit websites like that, just an example). But if a journalist does that, no problem.
A jounalist can explore any website, or talk to any person, or visit any place. Because exploring is just what journalists do, don't they?

But still, I can imagine that it feels weird to surf sites like that.

It's not pr0n, it's erotica. There's a difference.

I had to consider the previous comment.

Pr0n is: as many genitals as can possibly fit on there, splashed against the glass of your monitor.
Erotica is the more sensible, art-like or literary approach.

It's a christian college.

Because they're very narrow-minded. When I did an interview with the high priest of the church of Satan in Holland, people prayed for me (and only dared to admit it after I was back).

Hij die zonder zonde is...

Sometimes they can't understand why I would want to investigate. Even my fellow Journalism-students.

I will not go into details here.
Nor over there.

Not really. There's far too much pestilence going around the poultry department to laugh.

Hmmm, that is narrow minded indeed.
I am not anti christian (usually) but a journalist has got to investigate, me thinks.
But it is sweet and caring that they prayed for you.
