From: JMX

Subject: Suspected Isaacs

Evidence non-conclusive. List of suspects:

1. Captain Gavin MacLeod of the New Horizon
2. First Mate Bricker of the New Horizon
3. Doctor Sung Mei Lung, traveling aboard the New Horizon
4. Engineer Frederic Ingram of the New Horizon
5. Marshall Tombstone
6. Jack Slater, formerly of New Geneva, now aboard Syntax Error
7. Magra Tam, journalist of the Sun of the Core, traveling aboard the New Horizon

Information bought, unknown if source trustworthy. Initial investigation provided first five suspects. The information later pointed towards Jack Slater, who was under the employ of former Companion Renate. Interrogation showed Slater had less information than the interviewer, Magra Tam. Tam added to list of suspects.

Eccleston was present in I.W.'s division during war, cannot recall exactly who I.W. was, probably little shorter than he. Slater is same height or taller.

Unknown if I.W. was really present at New Geneva during our investigation.
Highly unlikely Ingram, Slater, or Tombstone are I.W.

New Horizon currently outbound from New Geneva, should be under further investigation.
Share information with other Browncoats.

Badger's Business was fun! I was thoroughly beat when we got home yesterday, though, so I was in bed at nine.

I did suffer from "insinuating plot disease". I dare say the plotteam did a good job trying to connect everyone in their backgrounds but my background was a little complicated.
Something like: 'Assasination on planets A and B but with the latter you had nothing to do, and then there was this stuff over on moon C but that nearly went wrong and....'

Well, let's just say if I'd had the time to make sense of it I might have done so, but I was very very stressed in advance and had to go back and read back my background several times during the game -- which didn't help matters at all anyway.

Most of my plot hooks didn't work out -- how the hell I'm supposed to break somebody's fingers without him screaming bloody murder and "It was her! She did it!" is beyond me. My contacts didn't approach me, I didn't get who my contacts were, and if person Y is my contact but he doesn't even know it, then that's a bust to start with. Apparantly: 'subtle plot' is not my thing.

So mostly I was the gunslinging madwoman and I got working with the Isaac Washington plot because that was the only thing that made sense to me.
Let's just say that if a character has an alter ego nobody is supposed to know about, then chances are nobody will know about it.

Thing is, if the plot doesn't work for me, I usually throw it into a corner and do my own thing, and have a great weekend regardless. I'm just sorry for all the effort people put into the plot.
But I had a great weekend!

Character portraits will need to be downloaded, edited and uploaded to Flickr, but that is something for another day.

Random things:
- Ex-companion Renate screaming in my face. Yeah, that just don't impress me.
- The whole thing with Remco's character. Wut?
- Reno: Fucking hell!" Jane: "Well, nobody told you to sleep with First Mate Bricker..."
- Lying back on a table in the sunshine, toting two big guns
- Attempt on my life. Wut? Why?!
- Being frisked by BigBoss. Yeah, yeah, I really did give off everything. Really.
- Being recognised as being a Browncoat, despite my sad attempt at a costume.
- 30 seconds before take-off. Hey, there's nobody down there. Hey, there's guns down there. Hey, there's soup down there!!! *steals guns, ammo, and soup*
