janestarzI’ve just finished reading the book of Howard Cutler and the Dalai Lama, the Art of Happiness. I’ve spent a long time reading it, and it has set me to think. Not a thing many books do with me. It stands out of my bookcase. Yes indeed. I can recommend it to anyone.
It has some amazing views and I can’t possibly explain them all in here. It has and will shine through my posts though.
Meditation. I’m afraid I don’t have time for that anymore. Damned job. Hahah! Not damned job no, I have a chance to feed and take care of other humans. I should be gratuful I’ve been given that opportunity.
Still is tiresome.
I’ll start with new meditations tomorrow.
